The name of our Æx-Party is Tsedaqah Yshmael Guerrylla Æquilibriæx (TYGÆ pronounced taiga), which is based upon CommonSism Æquilibriæx Guerrylla Laws.
“TYGÆ” may also verbally be known as: (a) Yshmael Guerrylla Law Party, (b) Yshmael Guerrylla’s, and (c) Tsedaqah Ecological Warfare Guerrylla’s; etc.
CommonSism, or Common Sense Guerrylla Laws for a Sustainable Commons, is inspired by — among others — the Taker vs. Leaver ideas of the gorilla Ishmael, in Daniel Quinn’s books: Ishmael and My Ishmael; and Tragedy of the Commons ideas, as expressed by Garrett Hardin, and the Order of Melchizedek ideas of Yakov Rabinovich, as expressed in Stairway to Nowhere: Chapter 8: Melchizedek — Ecological War.
An Æx-Party legislates Æquilibriæx jurisprudence, whereas AnthroCorpocentric Political Parties legislate AnthroCorpocentric jurisprudence.
Æquilibriæx Jurisprudence, i.e. Equal & balanced Eco/Anthropocentric law; occurs as Equilibriæx Jurisprudence which adheres to the laws of nature / ecology, which manifests as all species living in carry capacity harmony with another; and Aquilibriæx Jurisprudence adheres to laws of human nature, which manifests as fully informed consent harmony between all human members of society.
Whereas: AnthroCorpocentric Political Parties are focussed on (a) public relations image management deception, of (b) making abstract and vague promises (c) to accumulate ever larger quantity of ignorant and naïve members, (d) for their own parasitical socio-political status and power; Æx-Parties focus on (a) brutal in your face honesty and transparency, (b) to confront you with the reality root causes of problems, (c) to restrict party membership only to committed practice-what-you-preach Æx problem solvers, (d) to focus their energy and attention on individuals committed to problem solving.
TYGÆ’s primary Æquilibriæx purposes are (A) Tsedaqah: ecological, political, gender, cultural and religious balance; (B) Yshmael creation of a Leaver society, by means of practice and legislation of CommonSism’s Guerrylla Laws which regulate human procreation and resource utilization behaviour, by means of legally defining the procreation and consumption difference, and consequent related Sustainable Rights/Penalties, between a Leaver and a Taker, to ensure sustainability; (C) Guerryllæ warriors engage in Guerrylla Law practice and socio-political support for Leaver Ecological, Animal Rights, Indigenous Rights, Radical Honesty and Transparency Activism, against Taker Individuals and Corporations, working for a low/no tech relocalized and decentralized Agrarian or Primitivist ethno/cultural homogenous tribal society; (D) Æquilibriæx Jurisprudence: recognizes all animal, plant and human species rights to legal personhood, and the importance of all decisions and actions being evaluated in terms of their contribution to Æquilibriæx balance; (E) Sustainable Security: There is no security without Sustainability. Sustainability is impossible without a return to a Leaver society.
The Hebrew word for righteousness is Tsedaqah. Tsedaqah is a noun in the feminine form; the masculine form of the word is tsedeq. Tzadeikas is the feminine term for Tzadik, aka as Tzedek, which is Hebrew for a righteous person. Tsedeq also refers to ecological balance. It is a commonly occurring word in the Bible, where it refers to “righteousness.” Other pagan meanings are “rainfall in due proportion,” from which words like “rightness,” “justice” and “righteousness” arose as extensions and expansions of the original meaning. Tsedeq originates from a Semitic word which means to be straight, firm, “steel-like determination of integrity in one’s inner being.” The Arabic equivalent means to be mature, balanced, and fully developed. Ringgren, in his book Israelite Religion, observes that tsedeq, usually translated as “righteousness,” “. . . is neither exclusively nor even primarily a juristic concept.” On the basis of Arabic, the original meaning of the root is something like “be right, stable, substantial.” In the military context, Ringgren says tsedeq can mean “victory which re-asserts the world’s just order.” On the cosmic scale it is used of rainfall sent “at the proper (tsedeq) time” (as it is expressed in the eighty-fifth psalm.) It is accordingly very similar to the Babylonian mesharu and the Egyptian Ma’at. The word tsedeq, in its fullest sense, means “world in balance” both ecologically and politically.
Our Ecological Tsedaqah purpose refers to the importance Yshmael Guerrylla’s associate with acting in accordance to Leaver Guerrylla Law values, to confront and by personal example in terms of their Leaver procreation and consumption values, bring into being a “world in balance” both ecologically and politically.
Our Feminine Tsedaqah purpose is to learn from, emulate and salute the accomplishments of the gender balanced Mosuo culture, whose ecological and political balance resulted in a society, living not only in harmony with nature, but with each other: a society with no rape, no murder, no suicide, no unemployment and no homelessness.
Our Æx-Fem Tsedaqah purpose is to confront that the alienation of nature occurs as the result of the objectification of nature, where nature is quantified and associated with a monetary value to add value to our ego; as opposed to revered and cherished as our sacred living breathing home. Similarly the alienation of gender relationships is a result of the material and sexualized objectification of men and women, where value is quantified in terms of socio-economic status, physical appearance and sexual appeal; as opposed to content and quality of character, in terms of honesty, honour, transparency and accountability.
Ishmael is the telepathic gorrilla in Daniel Quinn’s novels: Ishmael and My Ishmael, which examine mythology, its effect on ethics, and how that relates to sustainability. The novels use a style of Socratic dialogue to deconstruct the notion that humans are the pinnacle of biological evolution. They posit that human supremacy is a cultural myth, and asserts that modern civilization is enacting that myth with dangerous consequences. Ishmael defines: (i) Takers as people often referred to as “civilized,” from the culture born in an Agricultural Revolution that began about 10,000 years ago in the Near East. (ii) Leavers as people of all other cultures; often derogatorily referred to by Takers as “primitive.” (iii) A culture is a people who are enacting a story. “The premise of the Takers’ story is ‘The world belongs to man.’ …The premise of the Leavers’ story is ‘Man belongs to the world.'” Ishmael advocates that the story of Genesis must be undone. First, Cain must stop murdering Abel. This is essential if we’re to survive. The Leavers are the endangered species most critical to the world – not because they’re humans but because they alone can show the Taker destroyers of the world that there are ways to live in ecological balance.

CommonSism asserts that a majority of society’s problems – crime, violence, unemployment, poverty, inflation, food shortages, political instability, vanishing species, garbage and pollution urban sprawl, traffic jams, toxic waste, energy and non-renewable resources (NNR) depletion and scarcity are symptoms of Ecological Overshoot, resulting from the AnthroCorpoCentric Consumptionist Left and Right Wing’s war against nature, and the absence of Ecocentric Jurisprudence combined with the failures of AnthroCorpocentric Jurisprudence.
